The free breakfast from the owner was a real highlight. His cooking can match, and sometimes beat, plenty of restaurants in town. The rooms have comfortable beds, useful air conditioning for hot months, plenty of outlets, a TV, lamps, drawers, and other furniture. Bathrooms have what you'd expect, and the rooms are fairly spacious. Outside, there's a large pool with sun loungers along one side and the kitchen and dining area on the other. Hoi An is 5 km away along the western crossroad, and the beach is a few kilometers to the north. You can rent a bike or motorbike here. The neighbors' music can make things a bit noisy outside, and there are quite a few dogs and puppies around if that's your thing.

The rooms are spacious and clean, with air conditioning and a shower bathroom in each cottage. There's a nice patio with loungers outside each one, and the open space by the pond is a relaxing spot too. Umbrellas provide some shade. Hung works hard to make the stay comfortable, handle requests, and give guests an authentic local experience. His cooking is phenomenal. I saw the one-star review here, but it must have been a mistake. For me, this place is easily five stars, without a doubt.

We spent three days at the cottage, and they'll stay with me as one of the highlights of our trip. The young couple running it welcomed us warmly and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. The accommodation was comfortable and very clean, and they prepared different local specialties each day. They also lent us a scooter, so we could explore the tip of the estuary.

A peaceful spot away from the city's bustle, though it's still easy to reach by taxi. The owners are lovely and attentive, and eating here is a good idea, the quality for the price is unbeatable. We had a wonderful experience and a lovely encounter. This place has been far better than any other hotel we've stayed at in the country. Don't miss it.
