The pool was lovely, breakfast was nice, and the people running the place were very friendly. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to the main area, though it’s close to the memories show. The problem was an unbearable smell in the bathroom that made it unpleasant to go in. We kept the door shut and the fan on the whole time. The cleaners came every day and should have noticed, but seemed to cover it with perfume and toilet cleaner. The smell disappeared after one flush.

The location was handy but still quiet, about a four-minute motorbike ride away. The pool and everything else were clean, breakfast was good, and reception was really helpful with the shuttle.

This was our favorite hotel in Vietnam and Thailand. The reception team was so helpful, especially when our taxi was late to pick us up for the sleeper bus. :)

The bed was comfy, the WiFi worked great, and the pool was lovely. Service was amazing too. Everything felt just right, and we’re going to miss the place!

It’s a bit of a walk to Hoi an centre, but the hotel itself was a good little find. The rooms were spacious and clean, the pool area was great, and breakfast was reasonably priced. Of all the places we’ve stayed so far, this one was the cleanest.
