LIVIE Da Nang Style

The hosts were friendly and helpful, communication was easy, and the room felt clean and comfortable. The location is great and everything seemed well organized. I had a pleasant stay overall. There were two hiccups. I was initially put in a room different from the one I'd booked, but after I raised it, they moved me to the right one quickly. At one point there were bugs in the bed; staff dealt with it and the issue was sorted within a few days.

Security is included, and the security guy is super friendly. The staff were lovely and took good care of me throughout my stay. Great for anyone travelling on a budget, and I'd recommend it. I had a great stay.

We booked for 2 nights based on photos showing a balcony and lots of windows. On arrival, we had to walk through a Korean food restaurant with a strange smell, then found that our room door wouldn't unlock. Once inside, the room looked nothing like the one we had booked: there were no windows or balcony. I had photos of our booked room, so we didn't accept the hotel's excuses. They did give us a full refund, which was the only positive. Trying to deceive people like this is NOT ok. I can't recommend this place to anyone.

The quiet, peaceful location made it lovely to sit on the balcony in the evening, eat a meal, or just enjoy the chill vibes. My room was clean and well maintained, and the water pressure was excellent with hot water lasting through long showers. The service really made the experience. The ladies who looked after the rooms were nice and thorough, the front desk ladies were friendly, professional, and so helpful, and the guys making my coffee each morning were fun to talk to. FIVE STARS!
