I came back to Lune for another week after finding mold in my next hotel room, which I understand is common in Vietnam. The staff quickly helped me get a room and made the stay comfortable. They’re helpful, understanding, and responsive. The clean, modern room had the things I wanted in Vietnam: blackout curtains, a kitchen, an elevator, a smart TV, and easy access to main attractions and a grocery store. They also provided a portable fan, free laundry, daily cleaning, and complimentary bottled water.

The room was so thoughtfully designed, and the staff were there 24/7. They were incredibly supportive and went above and beyond to make our stay a great one. It’s one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in, and I’ll recommend it to friends and family.

The rooms were clean and new, and the place itself is beautiful. Even during a busy holiday period, receptionist Thinh understood our situation and let us check out late.

Lune Boutique has a great location, just minutes from the beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The customer service was excellent, and the bed was the most comfortable I’d had since travelling here. My stay was a mixed experience, though. I viewed a room before confirming the reservation. It was simple, clean, and well maintained, but the next day they told me I wouldn’t be staying in that room. Instead, I was given a unit about 4 ft smaller, with no separate shower and toilet space. That was unexpected and disappointing. I was charged the same amount as for the larger room, which didn’t feel right. The bathroom and desk area lighting is quite dim, and there were baby ants running around the door.
