The location is right in the city center, with the local market, street food stalls, and restaurants about a five-minute walk away. Hotel pickup and drop-off for day tours booked online was convenient, and the sea breeze made things feel cool and refreshing. The price is reasonable. The photos suggest somewhere very luxurious and elegant, but in person it feels more average. Our double room was comfortable enough for a few days, though not very spacious. The bathroom was quite large. They cleaned the room daily and left two free bottles of mineral water each day, while minibar drinks cost extra. Staff were very friendly, and the doorman helped open the door. Breakfast was included. The buffet wasn't extensive, but the choices were decent, and it was nice to have coffee before heading out. Thanks to TRAN in the restaurant for translating so I could have my favorite soft-boiled eggs. Recommended.

We only wish we'd had more time here. The hotel is cozy and very clean, with a beautiful view of the Han river. The whole team was friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. anh Dung and anh Phuong went out of their way whenever we needed something. Suong and Trang at the front desk, and Tiến, Trân, and Biển in the kitchen, were also wonderful. What a special team. Highly recommended!

Phuong, the doorman, was a standout throughout our trip in Vietnam. He greeted us with such a warm smile, helped with our luggage, and was one of the kindest people we met. His thoughtfulness made us feel like family. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean and cozy, and the service was very good. The morning buffet could be better. Thanks!

Suong made our stay special. When we arrived, we asked how to get to Ba Na Hills and marble mountain, and she answered all our questions and sent brochures over WhatsApp. We saw her each day, and she was always glad to hear how things had gone. I look forward to coming back. The view of the han river is wonderful. The location is also decent for walking across the bridge, and there's a nearby traffic light if you're nervous about crossing.

Breakfast had a good range of tasty food and drinks. Ms. Bien and Ms. Tran took great care of guests in the mornings. The room was fresh-smelling and clean, with a comfortable bed. It was a little compact, but perfectly fine for a comfortable stay. The hotel is just across the road from the Han River, with restaurants and the local market within walking distance. Front office staff were kind and ready to help, especially Ms. Soung, apologies if I've spelled her name incorrectly. I'm very happy with my stay at Avora Hotel and would recommend it.
