Getting into the building was a serious problem. We returned from the city at about 11:30pm and found the roller gate shut, with no way in or out. After banging, shouting, and ringing the buzzer repeatedly, someone finally came to let us in, reluctantly. At 6am, when we needed to leave for the airport, we were locked in again. I’m thankful there wasn’t a fire. People can’t be trapped inside with no way out. This is unacceptable and dangerous. The room wasn’t clean when we checked in. We had arrived early and were charged by the minute for early access, which would have been fine if the room had been clean. We were the only guests there. Terrible!

The bathroom smelled awful, one pillow had a stale urine smell, and there was some strange bit of food or something on the headboard. It didn’t feel clean. The bottom sheet also smelled so strongly of tiger balm that I ended up smelling like it too, for some weird reason. There was no complimentary water, which I’ve had almost everywhere and certainly in luxury places, and they hadn’t replaced the toiletries. We booked for two, but there were towels and other things for just one person. They should check that before sending guests to the room. Nothing luxurious about this place.

I only stayed one night, but everything was nice. The staff were really friendly and enthusiastic. It’s a little far from the center, though things were good otherwise. I’d recommend staying here :D

The room was spacious and very clean, with good WiFi and AC, and the water was nice and hot. Wen at reception was a big help.
