M Village Hotel Da Nang Centre

Jenny and Johnny were especially kind and professional, answering all my questions and quickly helping me sort out a power plug problem. On my last day they also let me extend my room stay, which made the rest of my travel plans much easier. Everyone was patient, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay at M Village Hotel Da Nang City Center. Their hospitality made me feel welcome and cared for. I love you guys, and I'll definitely stay with M Village again next time I'm in Da Nang. Highly recommended.

The staff were proactive about making sure the stay went well. The rooms were clean and nice, with a fun, pleasant interior. There's plenty of good food, spas, and souvenir shops nearby. The beach is a bit farther away, which suits people who don't plan to spend much time there. I'd come again.

We were grateful for how welcoming everyone at M Village was during our week and a half there. Staff helped us get around the city and understand the culture, and whenever we had a problem, they found a solution quickly. Since we stayed a while and belonged to the M village network, they kindly upgraded our room. We struggled to sleep the first few nights because our first-floor room was by the road, but they moved us to a much quieter one. The rooms are nicely designed and decorated, with clean showers and comfortable beds. They also provide extra toiletries for free at reception. For longer trips, the communal laundry room was a favorite perk: it had a washer, dryer, iron, and steamer. The cleaning staff were fast and thorough, and our room was exceptionally clean each day. One front desk woman even wrote out a list of seafood dishes for us to order at a local restaurant. The location worked perfectly for Holy Week. We crossed over to the Pink Church every day, and could easily walk to the river, restaurants, and spas. Thanks to the team for making our time in Da Nang comfortable and enjoyable.

The location made it easy to get to attractions, markets, restaurants, and shops. There's an independent cafe in the lobby with amazing coffee, open late. Staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and I'd book this hotel again without hesitation. After three weeks in Vietnam, this has been my favorite place so far. The room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was basic but enough, with a good mix of Asian and Western food.
