M2luxe Nipa Riverside Hoian

The restaurant really stood out, with lovely ambiance and music that made dinner feel special. The staff were kind, quick to respond, and made us feel welcome. We travel a lot, and this is easily one of the best hotels we've stayed in. The rooms were excellent and the atmosphere throughout was wonderful. Highly recommended!

The evening atmosphere at Nipa Riverside Hội An was especially lovely, with lights reflecting on the water. It's a calm, beautiful spot right beside the river, a peaceful setting that has the charm of Hội An. Linh deserves a special mention for her warm, friendly hospitality. She was attentive and helpful, and made us feel welcome. The food was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared, with a great range of local Vietnamese dishes. A lovely place to relax by the river, enjoy a meal, and take in the scenery if you're in Hội An.

The riverfront setting is beautiful and charming, and the pool area is really pleasant. We got the warmest welcome in Vietnam from the kind, friendly staff. The food was incredible, and our room was spacious and comfortable. I recommend it! 👌

We were sent here by a friend who remembered it as a nice, well-run hotel, but that wasn't our experience. The bathroom walls in particular were covered in mould, and the room smelled musty. There are no nearby shops, yet the room didn't even have basics like a couple of bottles of water. The bath only filled with barely lukewarm water. At check-in, a foreigner met us, then the hotel seemed like a ghost town, with no staff around. Another foreigner handled payment at checkout. It seemed to me they were relying on volunteers for free labor. The checkout took ages, though luckily we weren't in a hurry. Payment was cash or a texted link, with no card terminal. This could be a nice hotel, but the owner needs to make an effort, clean the place up, and invest in employing local staff. They could raise prices a little to cover it. As things stand, I wouldn't recommend staying here.
