For a budget stay, this place works well. The room was clean and had toiletries, and it’s close to several popular spots, including Han Market, Dragon Bridge, and Cong Caphe.

Cong Ca Phe, a well-known coffee house, is right across from the hotel, and Han Market is only about 100-200 meters away. The Han River is also close enough to reach on foot. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the receptionists were kind, helpful, and full of useful information.

It’s a budget hotel that can work, but check your room carefully. The first one I was given was uninhabitable, so I complained and they moved me to a much nicer, cleaner room. Level 2 is a death trap, full of mold.

The room was in good condition and the location was nice. Breakfast was the one letdown: there was no fruit, orange juice, or soya milk, even though those were advertised. Still, it was good value for money.
