The view from our well-equipped room was amazing, and the resort had such a welcoming feel. Ms. Thu at the concierge desk was professional, efficient, and incredibly hospitable. Mr. Tran from the bell desk also took the time to explain all the facilities in our room. They both deserve full marks for their service and warm smiles. We’re grateful for the wonderful stay and hope to return soon.

Tracy and Hoàng took such good care of us throughout our stay, and we really appreciated their help. There was plenty to do around the property, the pool was fantastic, and the jacuzzi was a lovely way to relax. We also found good vegetarian food options. Melia is a beautiful, family-friendly resort with easy access to the beach, and we had an amazing time. I’d recommend it to families looking for a relaxing beach break.

We spent December and New Year here, and the hotel’s New Year Festival was fantastic. Hoyang looked after us and made sure we were comfortable. The staff, food, and amenities were fabulous, and the pools looked beautiful in the sunny spells. It was a great experience, and I’d recommend visiting this lovely resort at least once, whether you’re traveling as a couple or with family.

The front desk staff were polite and provided good service. The WiFi, though, was extremely weak, so bring your own SIM card. Breakfast had a limited selection, and dishes weren't cleared promptly. The room amenities also weren’t as convenient as those at the riverfront location. It didn’t feel much like a resort, since there were no complimentary guest activities such as morning yoga, water sports, or other activities arranged on site.
