The price is reasonable at 500-600k VND a night for two, breakfast included. The location is handy too, right on Nguyen Van Linh road, about 1.8km from Da Nang airport, with cafes and restaurants nearby and the Dragon Bridge and Han River a seven-minute walk away. Staff were enthusiastic and helpful. The rooms need work. The equipment is old, the blankets and sheets smell damp and moldy, and the room checks seem poor. The bathroom water system is a problem: after a shower, water ends up all over the floor, and the faucet splashes enough to soak your clothes when you wash your face. Breakfast wasn't good. It was cold corn, potatoes, bread, and fried dumplings, with nothing worth going back for. Staff were also very noisy while clearing dishes in the kitchen. For the price, the hotel is decent if you're willing to accept these issues.
