Misa Hotel & Apartment

My recommendation goes to Misa Apartments. The units look modern and are decent overall. They come with full kitchens stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils, and I believe they all have washing machines. There’s also a lobby cooler that was recently added, with a range of drinks at reasonable prices. Nguyen, the receptionist and manager, pays close attention to the building and keeps things in order. When something breaks, he handles it right away if he can, or gets a repair person over that day or by the next day at the latest. Housekeeping is very friendly and helpful, and the weekly clean is thorough: they wipe down surfaces, mop, and replace towels and linens. There’s a security man on duty all night after the regular staff leave. He seems friendly, though I haven’t really spoken with him. Five stars from me.

I’m living here now and it’s been a great fit for a longer stay. The location works perfectly, with the beach, cafés, and shops close by. My room is comfortable and modern, and the building stays clean, quiet, and well looked after. The staff and host are friendly and help whenever I need something. I’m glad I chose this place.

Since March 1, 2025, I’ve been staying at Misa Apartment and have been very happy here. The apartment is comfortable and well cared for, and the service is what really stands out. Manager Nguyen and the whole team, including the maid service, have been attentive and welcoming. They’ve made my time here enjoyable, and I’m planning to stay much longer. I’d highly recommend it.

The location is right by the beach, with walks, restaurants, cafes, and shops all within walking distance. The apartments suit everyday living too, with full kitchens and what you need to cook. The staff are a big part of why I’d recommend it. The manager is welcoming, friendly, and very efficient. When I’ve had a question or needed a repair, it’s usually been sorted within minutes. The cleaning crew works quickly, leaves the rooms spotless, and are always smiling and friendly. The night guard is friendly too, and has helped promptly with things that came up overnight. Great comfort and service for apartment living in Da Nang.
