Record Hotel

Breakfast on the airy 12th floor was a nice touch. The bedding and pillows were good quality, and I slept better than I had elsewhere. The room was quiet and dark at night, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was clean and functional. Nhi staff longe was great, always smiling. Mina at the front desk also did a good job. The hotel owner knows how to choose staff.

I only needed a place for the night before an early departure, but ended up having a really good experience. The hotel was clean, and the room was thoughtfully arranged. I couldn't make it to breakfast because I had to leave early, so the staff prepared takeaway breakfast boxes for us. They were exceptionally warm and helpful, and their genuine kindness really came through. I appreciated the thoughtfulness.

We felt welcome and well cared for here. The English-speaking staff provided fantastic service, and there was a good range of snacks and drinks at reasonable prices. Scooter parking under a roof was included, which was a big plus. There are lots of cafes and some clubs nearby. Our room was 1106 on the 11th floor. The lift came quickly, and the modern room looked like the photos, with no disappointment. It was very clean and had a lovely view. Breakfast had plenty of choice, including freshly fried eggs and omelets. Highly recommend.

I'd happily stay again. The room was comfortable and clean, and breakfast was pretty good. There's a handy convenience store three doors down towards the Dragon Bridge, so I didn't need the mini bar. I especially liked the man in the parking garage.
