For the price, the room and private bathroom were quite large, and it felt like good value. I liked having satellite TV and toiletries, and the central location put all the food and cafes I wanted within reach. It's basically rooms behind an art gallery, rather than a hotel. The staff's English was very basic, enough to check me in and out but not to give tourists much advice. At night, the main door gets locked and the staff sleep in the lobby. Coming and going late meant waking him, which was inconvenient and embarrassing.

The room seemed clean and was good, though there were two empty water bottles left in it. This is one of the few hotels accepting tourists right now.

This felt like a dirty motel, not a hotel. The price is very high compared with other places. Check before you stay. There was no security, and it didn't feel professional.

I called at 11pm on Wednesday 24/04 to book, and was quoted 300k/day. When I arrived, they put me in room T01 on the ground floor, behind reception. It felt like an old, smelly warehouse. I accepted anyway because a family member was sick at Da Nang General Hospital. I checked out at 7am on 27/04 after three days, but the owner still insisted I pay for four. Greedy, dishonest owner.

The hotel has a new owner now. The rooms have been newly equipped and are clean and fully equipped, and the owner is very enthusiastic. They've also opened a cafe with really delicious food. I'll come back.
