The location is quiet, peaceful, and convenient, with Da nang beach and the market both about a seven-minute walk away. The rooms were very clean and hygienic, and the staff were so helpful. There were several breakfast options too. I’d definitely recommend staying here for a comfortable, peaceful visit.

The photos and location made me comfortable booking and paying in advance, but on arrival I found the pictures didn’t match the property’s current condition. The reception and room both looked old and worn. The carpet was dingy, and the room smelled bad. It was very late, but I still wasn’t comfortable staying there. I explained why and politely asked for a refund, which they refused. As someone who travels often, I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I felt the photos misrepresented the property. There is an elevator in the building, though you still have to climb quite a lot of stairs to reach the entrance. Someone can help with luggage, but the access isn’t suitable for older people or those with limited mobility. 🙏🏽

We were upgraded to a beautiful top-floor room and really felt looked after by everyone, from the room service staff to reception. The location is amazing, near the beach and Dragon bridge, with a Mini Mart close by. Perfect!

The balcony was a nice bonus, and sharing the room worked well for my friend and me. One of us needed some space to work, so having two beds suited us. The price on Agoda was good too.
