New Orient Hotel Danang

Rose was a big part of what made our week at New Orient hotel so enjoyable. Before we arrived, she was already in touch, shared recommendations, and checked in about how our days were going. She also arranged trips to Marble Mountain, Hoi An, and Ba na hills, with a driver and water and umbrellas ready in the car. Booking those outings through the hotel was easy. From the airport pickup onward, the staff were professional, warm, and helpful. We got a welcome drink and information about the facilities at check-in. We also really liked the hotel itself. Our room was spacious, quiet, comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed, plus a lovely city view. The included breakfast on the 7th floor had lots of choices and a gorgeous view. There are two pools, one on the rooftop on the 10th floor and another on the 2nd, with plenty of places to sit and unwind. After a long day out, the winter harmony combo at the 7th-floor spa, with a herbal foot bath and 60-minute massage, was refreshing. I’d recommend it. The location made exploring easy too, with the riverfront, cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby, and Han market a short walk away. My boyfriend and I loved our stay and hope to come back to Da Nang.

Lucie at the front desk made things easy, handling check-in and checkout smoothly and helping us buy Ba Na Hills tickets. She also went out of her way to book other activities when we asked. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and we had no issues during the stay. Breakfast had a good spread too. The hotel isn’t close to the dragon bridge, but a taxi gets you there. There’s a club right below, and the people there were great. After a drink, you can head straight up to your room 🤣. We had a really enjoyable time and would recommend it.

The staff were what made our stay at New Orient Hotel feel so welcoming. Whenever we asked about restaurants or places to visit, they were kind, attentive, and happy to suggest options. Their warmth made it easy to relax and enjoy our time. The hotel was elegant, very clean, and clearly well cared for. We felt looked after throughout and would gladly come back or recommend it.

During our seven days in Da Nang, we stayed at several hotels, and this one stood out for its price, room quality, and sense of luxury. It exceeded what we expected. The staff were all kind and professional, and Gracie from the reservation team was especially friendly and helpful when we booked through KakaoTalk. She arranged a complimentary room upgrade, which made the stay even more comfortable and memorable. I’d definitely choose this hotel again in Da Nang.
