Nghe Prana Hotel and Spa Hoi An

I first came across Nghe Prana Hotel & Spa Hoi An while cycling around Hoi An from another hotel in the ancient town, looking for a better place. Its setting by the serene Thu Bon River in Cam Nam had just the peaceful island feel I wanted. Hana helped arrange a room preference at a good rate, and made sure we were safe and had transportation during a night tour in Ancient town. When I needed a last-minute walk-in room, Hana went above and beyond to help. Her dedication, care, warm manner, and quick problem solving made us feel valued. The room was comfortable and the location was perfect. We’ll definitely return for that outstanding hospitality.

We wanted to stay longer, but the hotel was fully booked. We’d absolutely come back, and would recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An. The place is peaceful and quiet, just right for relaxing, and the whole staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always trying to make sure we had a good stay. The spa was excellent and very professional. Breakfast was top quality too, with a great selection. ❤️✨️

We had a river view room in a special spot away from the busy tourist town. The scenery was breathtaking, and the sunset was amazing. The staff were super friendly too. Thanks to Vi and Katy for the kind hospitality and recommendations. We had a great stay! 💛

The bicycles could use some attention, most of them seemed pretty damaged, and the location is a little far out. That didn’t get in the way much because we could easily get around on Grab bikes. We chose Nghê Prana Hotel after a long search for somewhere to stay in Hoi An for my girlfriend’s birthday, and we were glad we did. The room had all the amenities we needed, a very comfortable bed, and a balcony with a perfect sunset view. Breakfast was incredible, with a little variety from day to day, and the view while eating was a highlight. The staff were friendly and accommodating for the occasion, suggesting places to eat and even treating us to a complimentary drink.
