We’ve been visiting HoiAn twice a year for many years, and wish we’d found this gem sooner. Loan was a super kind and helpful host, and her two daughters were adorable and friendly. We stayed almost a month without any problems or disappointments. It’s very clean and quiet, and just a short walk from the night market. We’ll definitely stay here each time we visit HoiAn in the near future.

The location was fine, but street drumming kept things noisy until quite late at night. My fourth-floor room was cramped, and there’s no elevator. Staff were rude, banging on the door and insisting on cleaning every day even while I was in the room. They also pointed out disabilities and called it a “complement.” The price is cheap, but there are similarly priced places in town I wish I’d booked instead. I really recommend avoiding this place.

Loan was kind and helpful, with good suggestions for things to do around the area. We had a great stay at Ngo house villa, and the location was great too. The extra services were a nice touch: laundry, bike rental, and airport transfer, all offered at a very good price.

Loan runs the Villa and speaks English, which made her very helpful whenever an issue came up. She keeps the place very clean, so we felt safe and comfortable. We could relax and enjoy beautiful HoiAn, and felt like family.
