We liked how peaceful it was sitting by the beach, even though it could have been better maintained. I don't think there was much more the hotel could do about that. The beach was one reason we picked this place, and it was still lovely to spend time there. The pool area was lovely too, and breakfast was nice. In the evenings, getting into town took about a 15-20 minute drive, which worked fine for us. My parents and I stayed four nights in a connecting room. It was spacious and lovely, and the beds were very comfortable. We had a very pleasant visit and would recommend the hotel.

The breakfasts had plenty of variety and were delicious, so adding breakfast to our stay turned out to be a great choice. The staff were friendly and ready to help, and everything was clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay in very good conditions. Highly recommended.

The outside gave me a bit of a surprise, but once I walked in I stopped thinking about it. I got a welcome juice from the amazing receptionist. My room wasn't ready, so I waited a little and then got upgraded to a room on the 6th floor. It was amazing, and that view was wow. The restaurant food was good too. I loved the one-night stopover, and since I'm still in the area, I'll be back.

It's a quiet area, and the beach is only a few meters away. The more lively spots, including Old Town and An Bang Beach, are about a 15 minute Grab ride from here. The staff are amazing, the rooms are spacious, and the restaurant/bar area is a great place to meet other guests. Really enjoyed this place.

I had a great time at the HA hotel apartment and would come back next year for a longer stay. The guests were a happy mix of people from all over, and I loved Hoi An. Ask for an ocean view room on the top floor. The pool was clean, breakfast was good, and the Long Island iced tea was excellent. You can use bicycles for free, and motorbikes are available to rent for 24 hours. The old town street market is a short ride away, and there are some good lunch and dinner choices on the menu. The staff are the absolute best.
