Novotel Danang Premier Han River

We’ve stayed at a lot of Novotel hotels over the years, and Novotel Danang Premier Han River has been the best one for us so far. What stood out was how consistently warm, professional, and caring everyone was. We especially enjoyed returning to the Premier Lounge. Ms. Rosa, Ms. Kile, Ms. Nami, Ms. Luccie, Ms. Nga, Mr. Tino, and Mr. The made each visit feel personal and relaxed with their attentive, friendly manner. We’d also like to thank Ms. Dieu and Ms. Tam in the kitchen. Their care showed in the small details and helped everything run smoothly. Breakfast was a lovely start to each day, thanks to Mr. Trung, Ms. Vy, and Ms. Huong. They were friendly and attentive, and made the meal feel relaxed and enjoyable. And to the other team members we met, your smiles and readiness to help left a deep impression, even if we can’t name everyone. You made the hotel feel full of life. Thank you to everyone at Novotel Danang Premier Han River for such a warm, caring stay. We look forward to coming back.

The receptionist deserves a special thank you for being welcoming, friendly, and professional. She paid attention and was always ready to answer questions, which made me feel valued. My room was cozy, comfortable, tidy, and well organized, and the service overall was better than I expected. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
