Room 402 was quiet and private, and the two air conditioners each had their own controls, which helped us keep electricity use down. My wife and I stayed nearly three months. The apartment was old, with floors that looked much like the photo, but we’re frugal and didn’t mind treating it like a simple home. We had to clean the floors ourselves since housekeeping wasn’t included, and sent the duvet covers and pillowcases out to be cleaned before leaving, so the deposit was settled without trouble. I’d been to Da Nang twice before and booked ahead of China’s peak season for 14 million VND. The layout had two bedrooms and a long, narrow living room. The best part was the manager, Phan Linh, who was responsible and easygoing. The curtains were down when we arrived, and whenever something was damaged, he promptly called someone to repair it. I’d put the stay at about 3.5 to 4 stars.

Reposting because the landlord deleted the other Google Maps page. The building and apartments were in pretty poor shape, with mold and cracked walls, and there was construction noise all the time despite the good location. My rent was 11.000.000 VND, which felt fair, but I got just two weeks’ notice of a 45% year-over-year increase to 16.000.000 VND. No comment. The manager was 30 minutes late on my move-out day, though there was no problem with the deposit. Watch out for inflated electricity prices.

It was a normal place.
