The infinity pool was a lovely place to take in the hotel's beautiful views, and My Khe Beach is only a short walk away. The hotel is also about 20 minutes from Da Nang International Airport, which made getting in and out easy. Our Family Room at Pavilion Hotel Da Nang was comfortable and well maintained, though a little small for a family. Given the city location and price, it was reasonable and enough for a comfortable stay. Room service was prompt and dependable, and we enjoyed the good quality food. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable and freshly prepared, but vegetarian and Indian options were somewhat limited. The staff were a highlight, friendly and quick to help, which made everything smooth. The views and facilities were good too. I'd happily recommend Pavilion Hotel Da Nang to families and other travelers visiting Da Nang.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a great location, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. We spent three nights here and had a wonderful time. Marina deserves a special thank you. She was kind, professional, and always ready to help, with great suggestions for places to see, things to do, and restaurants. Her recommendations made the trip even more enjoyable. Thanks to Marina and the whole team for a memorable stay. We'd gladly return and recommend the hotel.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great spot in Da Nang, but the front desk team really made the stay. Jenna gets 12/10 😘, and hotel manager Larissa was awesome. They were kind and attentive, answered every question patiently, and handled requests quickly and professionally. It was clear they really care about guests. LyLy and Alana at the front desk also deserve a mention. They listened carefully and sorted out my laundry issue, and welcomed me when I arrived in the evening. Thanks for making the stay so enjoyable. I'll definitely be back! 🙌🏻 🙌🏻

Ly and Eric made our stay especially memorable. Ly gave us a detailed guide to things to do in Da Nang, and her suggestions helped us enjoy Ba Na Hills and the boat ride near Dragon Bridge. Eric was consistently attentive and ready to help. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made the trip more comfortable. My wife and I were warmly welcomed and well looked after by the whole team at Pavilion Hotel Da Nang. The hotel is near the beach, and the rooftop view is breathtaking, especially at sunset. We had an amazing visit and would love to stay here again.

The rooftop pool was lovely, with a relaxing spot to enjoy the surroundings, and the beach is very close by. The room was comfortable, although there was sometimes a slight moldy smell. Breakfast was standard, decent enough to start the day but nothing special. I also found the pool closed earlier than expected, which cut short the time to enjoy it in the evening. For the price, it was still a good stay and worth the money. I'd recommend it if you're after a convenient, reasonably priced place near the beach.
