Really good.

They’re dishonest. When booking by text, they send fake prerecorded Zalo messages and change the customer’s name. If you call them back, they won’t answer. Be careful of this guesthouse owner’s tricks. They have no business ethics and are unpleasant to deal with.

We only ended up staying because we were taking an exam and every room near the school was booked. For a temporary overnight stop it was manageable, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a tourist trip. We were a group, and the owner agreed to provide extra blankets, sheets, pillows, and mattresses after we discussed it, but the sheets had stains that looked like blood. The room didn’t feel clean, either. I left the bathroom door open, and after we returned from our outing the smell from it had spread through the room. The prices didn’t seem cheap for rooms that weren’t fully equipped: a single is 350k VND, and a double room is 1 million VND for 8 people. When I called to confirm and asked to settle the price, the owner was unpleasant and not helpful, even though we had a lot of opinions as a group. Please think it over before booking.

The rooms are big, clean, and airy, and the place is close to tourist spots. The owner is friendly, and the price is really good compared with the average and for the location.
