Pullman Danang Beach Resort

The beach was gorgeous and so clean, and I was delighted with my spa treatment and the whole experience. Jenny, the duty manager, gave us a warm welcome and helped us check in early so we could get into our room. Thien at the beach bar was enthusiastic and paid such close attention to making sure customers enjoyed themselves. Vu drove us back to the airport and was friendly and informative about Danang. The staff at Pullman really made the stay stand out. Thanks to all of them!

The breakfast was generous, with Vietnamese dishes alongside international choices, and the food across the resort was quite good. Staff were polite, attentive, and professional without making the service feel stiff. The rooms were comfortable, elegant, and well cared for, with a nice mix of modern design and warm hospitality. There’s direct access to the beach, plus a large pool and open outdoor areas. Even with people around, the grounds felt spacious and peaceful. The resort has landscaped spaces, modern architecture, and a relaxed tropical atmosphere. Its beachfront setting, lighting, layout, and service all come together for a calm, premium-feeling stay. A good choice in Da Nang if you want a luxurious but relaxed beach break, especially after exploring Da Nang or Hoi An.

The staff were lovely, and breakfast was beautiful. I had a really nice stay at this hotel, which is close to the beach and Da Nang nightlife. The room was great and the bed was super comfortable. The pool is large, though it feels a bit like an afterthought compared with the rest of the hotel. There’s very little shade, the changes in ground level limit how far you can move the sunbeds, and they don’t have cushions, so they get uncomfortable if you spend all day there. Just comments, really, not major complaints.

Meeting General Manager Agnaldo at the special evening for Accor Platinum and above members was a real highlight, and a lovely gesture from the resort. The facilities and beachfront views are beautiful, and the atmosphere is relaxing, but the people made the stay especially memorable. Guest Experience Manager Thao and her team went out of their way to make guests feel welcome and valued. Every detail was handled well, and the staff’s genuine warmth made me feel at home. I’d happily recommend Pullman Danang Beach Resort and can’t wait to return. A true 5-star experience.
