The hotel is beautiful, and we found it great value. Breakfast had plenty of choice, and the beach is just a five-minute walk away, so there was no need for a grab taxi. If it’s too cold for the beach, there are two pools to swim in. The suite was nice and spacious. We had a few small issues, but the customer relations manager and staff helped whenever they could. The Junior suite front door was stiff: even after scanning the access card, it took force to open. They fixed it right away once we reported it. We also asked at check-in to cut our six-day stay to five because of unforeseen circumstances. It took a few days to get a definite answer, but they were flexible and reimbursed us for the last day. One thing to plan around: the suite had a 50L water boiler. For a long hot shower or filling the bathtub, you had to wait about 30 minutes for the water to heat again. They couldn’t fix this, though they were working on improvements.

The room and surroundings were lovely, and the accommodation is close to town, with good restaurants, a nice spa, and a beach nearby. Breakfast was tasty and high quality. Staff even celebrated a guest’s birthday, lol. Special thanks to Zoey at the front desk. She was friendly and helped us deal with an unhappy issue with the Lotte Mart. She refused a tip and was very professional, which deserves special recognition. I’d recommend this place.

We spent 14 days at the Risemount to unwind, and the suite had so much room that it felt like home. Rooms are cleaned daily. The location works well too: the center is about 10 minutes away by taxi, and the beach is around a 10-minute walk. Breakfast was the standout. I’ve stayed in hotels around the world and haven’t had anything comparable. The range and quality were exceptional, made even better by the first-class staff, who were warm, friendly, and helpful. We also had a personal contact throughout the stay for any questions, concerns, or requests. We were always greeted warmly and cared for with real attention. Thank you, dear Risemount team. The resort felt like a peaceful oasis amid the businesses of Danang, with a calm, Mediterranean feel and lovely landscaping. Our ground-floor room was fantastic: it had a terrace and swing overlooking the pool, and a huge bathroom with both a shower and a big soaking tub. There are two pools, and the rooftop one is a good option if you want more quiet. Restaurants, a night market, and the beach are close when you’re after more activity. Breakfast was amazing, with a banh mi station, Vietnamese coffee station, and lots of other choices. We also tried the hair spa package, which was wonderful, though I wish the spa opened earlier in the day. The staff were friendly and helpful. Lisa at the front desk helped us with tours, and they gave us a couple of great restaurant recommendations that turned out to be amazing.
