After two months in hostel dorms, I treated myself to four nights here. The room was modern, spacious, and clean, and the family running the place were lovely. It’s around 1.5k from the old town, but they provide a bicycle for a quick ride there. Great value, and I’ll stay again next time I’m in Hoi An.

It’s a good deal for the money, at least with the low season rates. The old quarter is a bit far, though you can borrow a bicycle for free, and there are some pagodas nearby worth riding to. It’s on a fairly big road, but the rooms at the back are quiet and nice. Handy for public buses to Danang, which cost 20,000 and more if you have luggage.

Nearby cafes and food carts made it easy to find something to eat. The lively area was about a five-minute bike ride or a 15-20 minute walk away. Staff were wonderful and very helpful, though our room felt a bit like a storage space, with old fixtures. Better linens would make a big difference.

For the price, this place is fine. The rooms are nearly new and convenient, and there's a medium-sized pool for parties. It's about 50 m from the Hoi An bus stop and not far from the center. The reception staff are friendly, and motorbikes are available to rent. There's no buffet.

The beach, rice fields, market, bus station, and Old Town are all close by. I had a wonderful, relaxing time at this lovely guesthouse, and Byn was an amazing hostess. The coffee was absolutely perfect. I really enjoyed Hoi An and my stay at Succulent Homestay!
