Lucky Leaf Villa has a quiet, homey feel, set away from Hoi An’s busy tourist areas but still easy to get around from. It’s a relaxing spot, with greenery around the property adding to the calm atmosphere. The staff were warm and helpful with travel arrangements, bike rentals, and local suggestions. Our room was spacious, clean, and well kept, with a comfortable bed and the essentials. It’s good value and would suit couples or families looking for a comfortable stay.

We booked through Airbnb and checked in, then two hours later they told us to leave, saying they don’t use Airbnb. The manager’s intimidation tactics were appalling. He charged us 200 VPN for what he called bag storage, with no sympathy or help, just telling us to go. I reported it to Airbnb so other people wouldn’t get caught.

We ended up at Lucky Leaf for three weeks with Mr Khanh and his family after our plans changed, and it turned out to be a great find. We had two rooms, cleaned every other day, with plenty of space, nice bathrooms, and a great pool. Breakfast was convenient too. The only downside was how dirty the walls were, with hand and foot prints that needed cleaning. It didn’t spoil our stay, though, and we’d absolutely come back to Lucky Leaf if we return to Hoi An. Thanks, Mr Khanh!
