Lua House Apartment

You get a good-sized room with a stove top, microwave, kettle, washing machine, TV, fan, air conditioning, and a small balcony. The shower and toilet are basic but work. If you plan to cook at all, you'll need to get kitchen towels and some household items. It’s good value in a lively central area, and the beach is 5-10 minutes away depending on moped traffic. I recommend it and would stay again.

October 2019. The beds were comfy, the design was nice, and the place was very clean, but it had only just opened and there were still signs of construction. There was lots of drywall dust in the room and a smell of building materials. Breakfast was just instant noodles and a fried egg, pretty weak next to the dozens of nearby hotels charging about the same. There’s potential here, but it needs work. 3/5 feels a little harsh, so maybe 3.5.

I tried to book two rooms for my wife, her parents, and me, but the staff member, possibly the owner, refused because they’re Vietnamese. She told me, “We only take foreigners.” That’s unacceptable. Stay away from this place!

For this price range, this is one of the best apartments in danang.
