The room was lovely, with a hot shower and a mini fridge, and the price felt affordable. It’s across the bridge rather than in the city center, which made for a peaceful stay. I was impressed by how attentive and professional everyone was. Housekeeping came daily, and I always had fresh sheets, towels, and water. I stayed in November 2025, and every staff member was kind and welcoming. I’d seen some negative reviews, so maybe management had changed by the time I visited. They really seemed to care.

My family and I were helped with our suitcases both on arrival and when leaving, and the room was good. The TV had plenty of channels and entertainment. It’s close to the beach and shops, too. I did have a privacy concern: there’s a small window near the bathroom that can’t be covered with curtains. Also, my brother found a cockroach in the bathroom, so it seemed a bit dirty. The service was nice overall.

The surrounding blocks could be a little cleaner, but the people are friendly and the staff suggested some great dinner spots. My room was clean and lightly air-conditioned. ☺️

The male receptionists were nicer than the female receptionists. The hotel is far from the center, the room was quite basic, and the air conditioner wasn’t working very well. I don’t know what they were cleaning, but my coffee spoon went missing and they charged me 10k vnd for it. That was ridiculous. 🤡

The cigarette butts were still there when I left, three days after I arrived. The place was dirty and in the worst position, with not even a coffee shop nearby. This has been my worst hotel experience in Vietnam so far.
