I changed my review after the hotel made a real effort the day after our unpleasant check-in, focusing on our comfort and convenience and even offering breakfast for free. They cleaned the room right down to the last detail, which eased our original concerns. I hope they keep improving for everyone instead of treating us as a special case. All the best to them.

The staff knocked at 9 a.m. to ask about cleaning, and when I said to come back later, they never did. The hotel also had nobody at reception for several hours a day, with the door left open, so anyone could walk in. It didn't feel safe. We paid an excessively high price for rooms in this condition. In the first room, I opened a closet and found it dirty, with a sewage-like smell coming from inside. The odor lingered after I shut it, so we requested another room. They first said none were available, but after we insisted that we wouldn't pay for a room smelling of sewage, they somehow found one. The hotel was practically empty. The second room didn't smell, but the walls were just as unsanitary. Its closets were dirty too, and I saw mouse droppings and cobwebs on the ceiling. They clearly don't check the rooms or do even the bare minimum. The lack of cleanliness and security makes this place overpriced.

Came back after a while, and it's still good value for money around here. 100% recommended.

The renovated room was spacious and had all the facilities, including a kitchen and washing machine. It's on the main street, and the price is affordable, which makes it very convenient.
