We found the room wonderfully quiet, which mattered a lot to me because I’m very sensitive to noise. The hotel was also exceptionally clean, and we really liked its design. It was a little expensive, but the value was there. The whole staff was great and ready to help, especially Nathan and Lisa, who were so kind whenever we needed anything. We missed breakfast, but the staff still went out of their way to prepare a meal for us. Highly recommended!

The pool that hangs over the hotel was peaceful and lovely, and we took the free bikes out along the beach promenade. The hotel itself is beautiful and full of lush green plants. We only stayed one night and wished we’d booked more. The ground-floor coffee was amazing, as was breakfast. Our room was spacious, the shower and toiletries were excellent, and the WiFi worked well throughout. One of the best stays of our Vietnam trip.

The local cafes and eateries the team pointed us to were real hidden gems, the kind of places you wouldn’t come across on Instagram or TikTok. The hosts were the best part of our stay at Saha Casa. They were friendly, helpful, and clearly cared about their work, and from the moment we arrived they made sure we felt welcome and looked after. The design also caught our attention: it seems inspired by Antoni Gaudi, and that unusual architectural style stood out among the ordinary-looking hotels nearby. My fiancé and I stayed four nights during our holiday in Da Nang and had a memorable time. Special thanks to Tom and Tracy for taking such good care of us. The greenery around the property gave it a lush, tropical and peaceful feel, like a little oasis. It’s also a short, easy walk straight to the beach. From arrival onwards the staff were so lovely, welcoming and accommodating. Tom and Tracy made us feel right at home, and we had no issues during our stay. We had a wonderful time at Saha Casa and would happily come back.

Nathan made such a difference to our stay. He sorted out massages and nail appointments for us when it rained, then arranged bikes and ponchos so we could get there. We also got a free taxi from the airport. The whole place felt luxurious, and the service was wonderful from the start. Nathan helped with every question or problem we had, and we were so happy with everything. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. It was AMAZING.
