Saluton Apartment

These little apartments are affordable and close to the sea, about a seven-minute walk. We heard absolutely no noise from the nearby construction at Saluton apartment, which is almost finished. We booked an Economy room and the first one had no window. It felt stuffy and made it hard to wake up, so we paid a little extra to switch to one with a window. The other room types have amazing panoramic windows. Five out of five, don’t hesitate to book.

The room gets lovely sunlight and feels bright and cozy. It has a kitchen, fridge, large cabinets, and a small table, plus a super clean bathroom. There’s also a washing machine just outside for laundry. Uncle was kind and helpful, answering all my questions. Street food vendors line the road right nearby, so local eats are only steps away. The apartment is across from a school, which means morning noise and activity. Apart from that, I think it’s worth every penny, and it has everything you need to feel at home in Da Nang.

The apartment was comfortable and the staff were lovely. It’s conveniently close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and a market just around the corner. I found it quiet, despite what others had said. July fireworks made it a little expensive, but I have no complaints. I recommend it.

We could easily have stayed much longer here. The apartment had a washing machine with a laundry basket and drying rack, plus a microwave, homeware, cutlery, fridge, and kettle. Check-in at the desk up the stairs was easy. It’s well located for getting around Danang on foot. We walked to the beach, restaurants, the bank, Viettel store, and the pedestrian walk between the bridges without any trouble. Construction is ongoing next door, but the noise was only really intrusive for a few hours on our first day. For the rest of our two-day stay, it was just the occasional bang.
