A special hostel built in a container style, in a quiet spot surrounded by green trees and monkey mountain. They have private rooms with toilets and showers built in, as well as dorms. It’s a great, inexpensive place for groups wanting to spend time in the nature of Son Tra. The space also works well for parties, like a motorbike event. There’s a very good local restaurant nearby with delicious seafood and cheap beer.

There’s a seafood place just a three-minute walk away, and getting around is easy because the hostel lends out bicycles for free. It’s a little way from the center, but that wasn’t a problem for us. The place is quiet, peaceful, really clean, and cheap, with free breakfast too. The staff were lovely 💜. In Da Nang, it felt like being at home. I’d say stay here!

A relaxed spot to meet other travelers, with a small bar, billiards, parking, and laundry. There’s cover in the courtyard when it’s sunny or raining, and the service is kind. Breakfast is included and the price is reasonable. Beer Laru was 20 000 VND. It’s handy for Son Tra, near Monkey Mountain, though a bit far from downtown. They offer trip services.

We were turned away when we arrived for our booking because they said “the family” was staying there. It looked more like a boys’ party to us. We had to find somewhere else at the last minute.
