Sana Danang Beach Hotel

My main issue was how dirty the hotel was. There was dust everywhere, and the mirrors and windows hadn’t been cleaned. When we checked in, we found black mold on the bathroom ceiling and window. The maids cleaned for two days, but only the visible areas, not properly throughout the room. The electricity seemed poorly installed, and our lights went out several times. The mattresses were very hard, and I’m still treating my back. The bed itself was clean, but smelled of quartzing and unpleasant powder. Towels were torn and untidy. Wi-Fi was very poor, and even the simplest sites wouldn’t load for 15-20 ms. Breakfast wasn’t fresh or tasty, and basic hygiene standards weren’t followed, with plates almost on the floor.

Jennifer’s kindness meant a lot to us when my wife and daughter were ill for a couple of days. She kept checking on them and asking if we needed anything or medical help. She was also exceptionally helpful arranging tours and sharing local information. The whole staff were friendly and professional. We had an incredible six-day stay. The hotel was very clean, breakfast was delicious, and the beach was an easy five-minute walk away. If I visit again, this will definitely be my first choice. Highly recommended.

The location is hard to beat, right in the central area and just steps from the beach. There are lots of massage shops within a 30-second walk, plus plenty of great restaurants nearby. M Kitchen nearby serves excellent steaks at a very cost-friendly price. The staff were incredibly friendly. Highly recommended!

The rooftop pool was lovely and peaceful, a nice place to relax without interruptions. Breakfast was included and had lots of options, including a cook who could make omelettes, eggs, or other dishes the way you liked them. The only thing I’d fault was the toaster, which took forever to cook a piece of bread. This is a great base near the beach and restaurants. The staff were super friendly and let me check in a little early so I could freshen up before my 2 pm tour. Sally at the front desk was especially lovely, asking about my trip, taking an interest, and offering recommendations. I also thought it was sweet that all the staff greeted you when you returned from a night out or left in the morning.
