The location was the only good part for us. The manager wanted to charge for early check-in, a fee that wasn't in the booking or mentioned beforehand. Usually early check-in is free if a room is available. There was also a service fee for paying by card. Hotel service seemed like an afterthought. This is primarily a cafe, and hotel check-in happens at the same counter as cafe customers. There's no dedicated hotel staff, just cafe workers who are sometimes around to help guests. The manager wasn't present and was generally difficult to reach during our stay. We were very unhappy with the experience.

It was an okay hotel. The room was good, though dated, and there were no towels when I checked in. I called the 'reception' to get that fixed, but it still wasn't sorted out. Check-in was confusing because there was no identifiable hotel staff, and cafe employees seemed to handle it. The current setup lacks credibility and would benefit from more dedicated, uniformed staff.

The location was fantastic, the rooms were clean, and the beds were comfy, all at a reasonable price. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. Shout-out to Phuong, An, Thao, Nhung, Hieu, Tien, Ty, and Oanh!

There were lots of eateries, cafes, and other shops around the hotel, and it was conveniently located. The room was spacious and clean, with a spectacular river view. The hotel also has a SPA service that's very popular. Staff were always ready to answer our questions.
