The staff were amazing: Thao Nhunh, An, Anh, Tien, Ty, Oanh, Hieu, and Phuong. The hotel was cute, and the location and service were great. It's a good pick for a short stay in Da Nang, with a chill, cozy feel. It isn't a party hostel, which I appreciated. The bathrooms and bed were great too. For a longer visit, I'd choose another hostel, since the four-bed rooms are quite small. Bigger rooms are available at higher prices. There wasn't a shelf for my stuff, but that's not a big deal. The staff really wanted me to fill in a survey right away, which felt a bit pushy, but I guess it's good for business.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, and the bed was so good I slept like a baby every night. The welcome was lovely from the moment we arrived, with warm smiles and complimentary drinks. Every team member was friendly, accommodating, and ready to help. Special thanks to reception staff Phuong Thao, Bich, Nhung, Linh, and Sinh. They were attentive, understanding, and very helpful during our stay. Their hospitality made a real difference. We had a memorable time and would happily stay here again. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooftop pool was gorgeous, the dorm rooms were clean and modern, and there was a locker just outside the room. Washrooms and bathing facilities were clean too. It's a great base with spas, food, and other amenities nearby, and only a 10-minute ride from the beach. I found this hostel through Hostelworld because of the high reviews, and it didn't disappoint. The front desk team were welcoming, smiling, and very helpful, giving a warm Vietnamese welcome. They speak English and really care about your stay. Manager Nhung helped with some issues I ran into in the city. I'm eternally grateful to her and the Seahorse team, and will definitely stay again next time.

The dorms were comfy, though pretty tiny, and the rooftop pool has a lovely view. We also liked the cute design and the part of town it’s in. The staff really made it for us, especially Ty, who greeted everyone with a smile and was always there to help with bags and whatever else. We loved staying here.

We spent a week at Seahorse Hotel and had a really nice stay. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location made getting to nearby markets and restaurants easy. Mr. Nguyen Ty was especially welcoming, helping with our luggage and greeting us with a warm smile. We felt at home with the staff. One small downside was a faint damp-laundry smell in the bedding, and without blackout curtains the room got bright in the morning. We’d still be happy with the stay and the warm service.
