The setting is beautiful, with rice fields in the background, and it’s such a relaxing place. The food was good, and the included breakfast was delicious. What really made our stay, though, was the dedicated staff. Even during Lunar New Year, they helped me arrange tours and transportation, when most places are closed and prices tend to be higher. They made sure I had activities to do and checked in whenever I got back to the hotel. I’d definitely recommend it to friends and family, and I’ll absolutely return if I come back to Vietnam.

We liked it so much that we extended our stay twice. Hoi An felt a bit too touristy, and we hadn’t planned to spend so long there, but this hotel changed our minds. It was the best accommodation of our whole Vietnam trip. Serene has a peaceful resort atmosphere at a very reasonable price, with quiet views over the paddy fields, spacious tidy rooms, a clean refreshing pool, and a super delicious breakfast. The team looks after the place really well. Special thanks to the reception lady manager and gentleman, who were always helpful and greeted us with genuine big smiles. I also really enjoyed the gym. We loved this place and were so sad to leave. Looking out over the rice fields, it was peaceful and quiet after the hectic old town. The rooms were sparkling clean, and the service was outstanding. Everyone was always smiling and ready to help. Breakfast was great and different every day, and the massage was amazing too. Thanks so much for making our stay memorable!

This peaceful, relaxing hotel was the highlight of our Vietnam travels. The rooms were spotless, the food was delicious, and the staff felt like family.
