We ended up extending our stay at this hotel for another seven nights after the first four. For my birthday, my partner and I arrived to find we’d been moved to a larger room on a higher floor. It was clean and nicely put together, with a comfortable bed, and the staff were there to help with anything we needed. I’d stay here again on my next trip to Hoi An and highly recommend it.

The staff made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived, and the resort has a calm but lively feel that suits Hoi An. My son and I enjoyed the mix of time out exploring and time relaxing there. In the mornings we walked the ancient streets, then spent the afternoons unwinding at Soleil by Soluna. Our room was roomy and thoughtfully furnished, with everything we needed. My son loved watching the golden sunset reflect across the pool and gardens from our balcony. The pool was clean and inviting, and the spa was a nice place to relax after a day out. We also enjoyed the restaurant. It served local food alongside international dishes, all full of flavor and nicely presented. My son tried Vietnamese desserts, and I had fresh seafood. Traveling with him, I wanted somewhere comfortable with a cultural feel and family-friendly experiences, and this place gave us lovely memories. I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a charming, luxurious stay with family. I can also suggest a short itinerary that combines Hoi An’s cultural highlights with Soleil’s amenities, if that would be useful.

Getting around on foot was easy thanks to the central location, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. For anyone who only speaks English, this is a good place to stay since all the staff were proficient. Lucy and Kim Chi deserve a special mention for outstanding service. After visiting several Vietnamese cities, this was easily the hotel I remembered most. Highly recommend 🙏

The team helped us with touring advice and arranged whatever experiences we wanted. Everyone was friendly and ready to help throughout our stay. When my sister became sick, they even made her special ginger tea at breakfast. We had a wonderful visit and I’d recommend it 10/10.

Everything was spotless, and the staff were fantastic, always doing whatever they could for us. It’s about a 10-minute walk into town, which suited me because I wanted somewhere peaceful and quiet. This was the best stay of my whole trip in Vietnam.
