Thanh Hotel and Apartment

Booking during the April 30th holiday was especially difficult, since it was peak season and our company trip to Da Nang was organized at the last minute. A friend suggested Thanh Hotel and Apartment, and they managed to arrange three rooms for our group. Organizing the trip ourselves was already tiring, and we still needed two more rooms. The staff went out of their way to help us book them at the neighboring hotel. Thanks to the reception and staff of Thanh Hotel & Apartment Da Nang for all their enthusiastic support. It made for a wonderful experience in the beautiful coastal city of Da Nang. For peak season, I’d recommend booking early and choosing a reputable hotel that’s willing to help.

Our group, which included many children, had to look for rooms in the midday sun after the hotel called at 9 AM on check-in day. We were at the airport when they said they couldn’t provide our rooms and had sent us to another homestay. We had booked three rooms for five days at Thanh Hotel through Booking.com, confirmed by email, and spoken with the hotel by phone beforehand. I don’t understand why they handled the booking so carelessly. I wouldn’t recommend booking here.

For families with young children like mine, the private cooking area in the room was a real plus. They also offered free laundry and had a rooftop space that worked for parties. The rooms were spacious, and the staff were very friendly and helpful with suggestions for places to eat and have fun. On my first visit to Da Nang, I found the location convenient for the beach, Dragon Bridge, Han River Bridge, Love Bridge, and the city center. I’d definitely stay at Thanh Hotel again if I get the chance.

There’s a kitchen, the room rate is reasonable, and the hotel is close enough to make beach trips convenient. The staff were enthusiastic and welcoming. If I get the chance, I’ll come back with my group of friends.
