The Five Villas

Quoc and his team made our stay at The Five Villas a great experience. Their place was clean and so well organized, and Quoc provided service around the clock. The food and water were great, and he helped with anything else we needed, including finding my missing AirPods and calling Apple for me since I don't have a Viet phone number. I'd strongly recommend The Five Villas Da Nang for the cleanliness, assistance, and incredible organization from Quoc and his team.

The manager came into our room without asking, even though my wife had put a “do not disturb” sign on the door. He looked around as if checking whether we’d damaged anything, then stared at us with an unfriendly expression. We paid for the room and weren’t using it for free, so I don’t understand that kind of service. The piano and the TV in our room were broken, and the swimming pool was dirty, with what looked like cleaning liquid in the water. A terrible experience.

The villa was cosy and the service was incredible. I really enjoyed my stay. The cooking wasn’t quite to my taste, but everything else was good.

We had a wonderful stay in the eight-bedroom beachfront villa at The Ocean Villas Da Nang. It’s spacious, clean, beautifully designed, and right by the ocean, so we woke up to the sound of waves each morning. The spotless private pool was great for relaxing with the family, and everyone had their own comfortable bedroom and privacy. There was plenty of room to gather in the living area too. The villa had a kitchen, BBQ, karaoke, and an outdoor dining space overlooking the ocean. The team were warm, professional, and quick to respond. They arranged airport pickup, an in-villa BBQ, and decorations for our small celebration, and everything went smoothly. It’s a lovely option for a big family or group of friends looking for a luxurious beachfront stay. We’ll definitely come back.
