Ocean Estates doesn’t justify its price. There’s constant high rise construction, a very noisy street, and army helicopter training nearby starting at 5:30 in the morning. There was also garbage and dog feces around the beach.

The Ocean Estates, also called TOE, is a residential compound with a small, private community. It isn’t a hotel or resort. Some owners rent out their villas, but most are private homes, so calling it a hotel resort is misleading.
We had a great time at this resort. The rooms and pool are very big, and the butler was kind and quick whenever I asked for something. I’d recommend the place to families.
Nice place.
It was okay.
