It was peaceful here, yet still close to the city centre. My spacious, clean room was nicely decorated and looked out over green rice fields, where water buffalo would occasionally wander and graze. Phương is the best host. I had an amazing time and would definitely return if I visit Vietnam again.

A quiet spot, fairly central and close to the beach. It’d be a great place to stay for a month or two, and I’d hire a motorbike.

We spent a month at Present home's and Phuong treated us like family. She’s an amazing host, and the stylish rooms are so clean and furnished with love. The location is great too, about a 10-minute scooter ride to an bang beach and maybe seven minutes to the centre of Hoi An. When we left at 7am to head back to Thailand for our trip home, Phuong made us fresh banh mi's. One of the most amazing places I’ve stayed in Asia. I honestly couldn’t recommend Present home more!! X

The host was so nice, and we got free bikes to explore, along with tips for good places to eat. One drawback was getting there by taxi, which could be tricky depending on which direction you came from. There were also so many mosquitos in the room, and I got bitten pretty badly all over my body.

We stayed for a month and had a great time. The apartment was excellent value, with a lovely view just beyond the city center. The host was really friendly and helpful, and the rooms were even better than expected.
