Thien Nga Hotel

The staff were especially helpful when my wife became ill. It was Tet holiday and most offices were closed, but they contacted a doctor for us. We’d moved here from another property because it was damp and musty, and would definitely stay here again on a return trip. The rooms were very clean, the water was hot, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was included, with lots of choices, and the hotel is very close to the old city and other attractions. Highly recommend it.

The staff I dealt with were very friendly and helped book trips and find nearby things. Breakfast was very good, though basic. The hotel is budget worthy, but the rooms and bathrooms felt a bit dated, and some parts weren’t very clean. There was only enough hot water for about one and a half showers.

The staff were attentive, friendly, and did what they could to help. The location is pretty good for visiting the city, the island, and other interesting places nearby. The hotel itself is okay and fairly clean, with breakfast and a pool, though there aren’t any sunbeds for lounging.

The staff were nice, and the room was clean and a good size, with a good view. The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from the city area, and there are lots of restaurants nearby. As a walk-in guest, I hadn’t checked Google, so I wish staff had told me about the swimming pool and other basic facilities we could use. I didn’t like the bathroom layout. The drain is outside the shower area, so water spreads across the rest of the floor when you shower. That left the sink and toilet area wet, which I didn’t like when using them. The shower pressure was weak, and the sink drain was clogged, so water spilled out whenever I washed my face or brushed my teeth.
