The owner’s sister can arrange bike or scooter hire, and the welcome was really friendly. It’s easy to walk to the Old Town sights and the crowds there. I didn’t try the pool because it was grey, cool, and rainy much of the time. I’d strongly recommend this hotel.

For group trips with 14 to 24 adults, the big covered outdoor space beside the pool is handy, with tables and chairs for gathering, eating, or having a BBQ. The pool itself is large, and the Riverwalk and attractions are a five-minute walk away. It’s beautiful and good value for the budget. You can have them cook for you cheaply too. My bowl of noodles and cafe sữa đá cost $2. See the attached menu.

The people at Tran family villa were so helpful and kind. They lent us umbrellas and got our laundry done in one day. We stayed four nights in a clean, spacious, comfortable room, and having a bath felt like a treat. The pool was clean and really nice too. Fantastic place, I’d recommend it to anyone. ❤️

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The place felt dirty and neglected, with poor cleanliness and facilities that weren’t working properly. There was a strong, unpleasant smell throughout, making it hard to spend time indoors. Staff weren’t regularly available, and the service was extremely poor. It felt unmanaged. This was the most uncomfortable and disappointing hotel stay I’ve had.

The rooms were spacious and cleaning was good. The management family was attentive and nice. It can get noisy, especially on weekends or with kids around. There was karaoke behind the building on weekends, and children were noisy all day during my stay.
