The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help, whether arranging tours and drivers or tracking down a kilogram of dried squid for my father 🦑. We spent a week here as a family and had a great time. Breakfast was enjoyable, our rooms were clean and well air-conditioned, and the pool area was a nice place to cool off and relax. Many thanks!

We moved here from another hotel nearby after learning its five-star Google reviews had been review-farmed, so be cautious about that. Tropical Home Villa never asked us to write anything; the team were simply so helpful and friendly that they deserve the praise. They arranged a taxi to the airport, tickets for the Hoi A memory show, and a motorbike rental. There was also a breakfast buffet, a pool, laundry for a fee, and plenty of other good amenities. I highly recommend staying here.

I've stayed at Tropical Home villas three times now, with friends in 2024, my husband in 2025, and my family in 2026. I clearly love this place! My siblings were happy with it too, and we had a great trip. The beds are comfortable, the little room terraces are nice, and the bathrooms were clean. Breakfast was provided each morning; Trang could make eggs to order or local Cau Lau. We also cooked in the kitchen, though Hoi An has lots of restaurants. The villa is within walking distance of the Hoi An market, and bikes are available. Toan was very accommodating, Cherry helped us find side trips to Bana hills and Danang Dragon bridge, and Trang, the owner's sister, was nice as well. If stairs are difficult for you, ask for a first-floor room.

The people working here were the best part of our stay. Everyone was friendly and helpful, from arranging motorbike rentals to getting us tickets to the show memories of Hoi An, and more. The hotel itself was clean and spacious, and its location was great.

We'd definitely stay here again if we come back. We were traveling with our two kids, and the room was big enough that each of us had our own bathroom. The people running the place were wonderful and thoughtful, even surprising my wife with a birthday cake. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. We had fun using the free bikes to get around town, and the location was a comfortable distance from the center of Hoi An. We didn't get to try the pool, but it looked like the best-kept one we'd seen so far. Thanks for everything, what a memory!
