Truong Son Tung 2 Hotel

The manager and staff were friendly and helpful. My room had a great sea view, and I could watch swimmers early in the morning, as well as through the afternoon and evening. There's plenty of food and convenience stores around, and the beach is 100m away.

It's a large room, though it doesn't feel very modern.

VIP.

The advertised pool and other amenities didn't tempt me to use them after seeing the condition of the rooms. They were dirty and neglected, with stains on the tables and curtains and peeling walls. The hotel didn't match its rating or photos at all. Hot water was either unavailable or came and went, and the staff didn't hurry to fix it. The service made things even worse. Rather than help solve problems, staff were outright rude. I especially remember the elderly evening receptionist smirking when guests mentioned the missing hot water or asked to switch rooms. This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in, without exaggeration. Our vacation was ruined, so we left early and lost money. It left us stressed and in a bad mood. I honestly wouldn't recommend it. For the same price, you can find much cleaner, more comfortable, better-quality places, including hotels right on the beach. Consider other options before booking, and don't make the mistake we did.
