The staff were welcoming and helpful, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. TTC Hoi An is also very handy for visiting Hoi An Ancient Town and nearby sights. The one downside was some evening music and singing from a pickleball court across the road. We could hear it in the room, though it stopped before bedtime and didn’t significantly disturb our sleep. We enjoyed the stay and would recommend it for the location and hospitality.

We’d come back. The pool was nice, breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly, especially Ms Ly at reception. The hotel is close to the old town.

The service was nice and everyone was friendly, but this may not suit light sleepers. Sound carries loudly between rooms, and people banging doors or shouting can be heard.

The pool was great, and the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and backed by great service. There’s a lot close by, including coffee, massage, banks, a convenience store, laundry, and more than three pubs on the same block. Old Quarter Hoi An is about a 15-minute walk away.

I spent three nights here in April 2026 and really liked the hotel. It’s a little far from the old town, but they have free bicycles for guests to use.
