Tuk Tak Spaces

I loved the self-contained apartment and its balcony. Thao at reception was a big help with planning my Hoi An trip, and Son, the manager, is lovely and easy to talk to. He speaks English very well. If you want to unwind away from the bustle of Danang beachfront, head down to the beautiful beer garden. Nhi, the owner's daughter, designed it. Kai behind the bar is a great young man, speaks English, and is easy to chat with. Thank you.

There’s a pond with koi fish in the middle of the front desk area, and the artistic design has lots of plants. The location is very good, the staff are friendly, and there’s a beautiful garden nearby with good coffee and scooter parking. Strongly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in the two-bedroom unit at Tuk Tak Spaces. It was spacious, comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully laid out, with plenty of storage in the full-wall wardrobes and built-in lighting. The balcony runs from the master bedroom to the living room, and its plants give you some privacy while you watch the street. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were comfy. The staff were very helpful, and the rooftop saltwater pool was clean, with great views over the city. Tuk Tak Spaces is also well located near the beach, restaurants, and shops. We had fun with the owner's kittens, dogs, and fish at the hotel and attached cafe. They all had their own characters and made the stay even more enjoyable. We were sorry to leave.

The apartment was spacious, modern, and spotless, and seemed to have been renovated recently. It exceeded my expectations. The kitchen had what I needed to cook, though the frying pan was worn and should be replaced. Coffee and basic condiments weren’t supplied, so you’ll need to buy those. Everything else was well equipped. I usually sleep poorly away from home, but the bed and pillows were excellent, and the big blanket was just right for two. I could hear some hallway noise, though a fan covered it up. Beach event music sometimes carried until around midnight, which was fine since I usually went to bed later. The area is full of restaurants, smoothie stands, and grocery stores. We kept going back to the small food stall beside the K-Market across the street for its delicious strawberry milkshakes after long days out. There are two air conditioning units, though one was enough to cool the apartment. The pool was refreshing and clean, with lovely rooftop views of the high-rises. The smart lock worked without trouble, and we got two key cards, so the apartment stayed cool while we were out. The lobby has a nice shared spot for cards or time with friends. A cafe next door has friendly dogs and cats. The Shiba Inu was wary at first, then warmed up to us. 😀 The host was friendly, but communication was a bit limited. I would have liked more proactive questions about cleaning, since I had to ask for fresh linens and toilet paper myself. Thanks to the host, and to the kind gentleman upstairs who often watered the plants. I highly recommend the place for couples, solo travelers, or friends, and would stay again.
