Vanda Hotel

I chose this hotel for a one-night birthday stay, but the experience left me disappointed and affected what should've been a special trip. I had asked for a room overlooking Dragon Bridge, yet they put me in a corner room where most of the view was city, with just a small glimpse of the Han River. I don't know whether the hotel or the travel agency was responsible, but my request seemed overlooked, and nobody tried to clarify or help. The service also felt unfriendly. When I called the front desk, the staff member cut me off and hung up while I was still talking. Even a basic smile from the front desk was missing. No matter how much a guest pays, everyone should be treated respectfully and made welcome. I hope the hotel reviews its service so future guests have a better stay.

The rooftop bar was a highlight, with an amazing 360-degree view of the city. We also appreciated the complimentary cake for my spouse's birthday, such a thoughtful gesture. The hotel is lovely, the staff are kind and welcoming, and there are plenty of convenient eateries nearby. Breakfast was excellent, although the choices were a little limited for anyone who doesn't eat beef or pork. We thoroughly enjoyed our family stay. Thank you for the warmth and hospitality, and keep up the great work.

Our first visit to Da Nang was a great experience, and staying at Vanda Hotel made it even more enjoyable. The room was comfortable and clean, and breakfast was quite good. The staff were always friendly and ready to help. Truc and An especially took good care of us, showed us around Da Nang, and introduced us to delicious local food. Thanks so much for making our holiday so enjoyable. See you again!

The 19th-floor view was incredible. My phone’s old, but I could still sit there looking out for hours. The room was roomy, and the shower had strong pressure. They even came to my door with a box of chocolates. And the Vietnamese people here are so, so polite. It makes me want to change my life.
