Villa Soleil Hoi An

The hotel felt cute and cozy, and I loved the breakfast area. With the kitchen in the same room where we ate, it felt warm and homey. The location was great, too, with everything easy to reach on foot. More than that, the staff were incredibly kind, helpful and sweet. They took time to answer every question, and we felt comfortable asking them anything. Sometimes it's really the people. I don't usually write recommendations, but this place deserves one.

A cozy, lovely stay in a good location near the old town. The staff were friendly, and I'd recommend staying here. They provide bikes for getting around the city. The bikes could be maintained better, but they do the job.

We happened to be staying at the villa during an unexpected flood in Hoi An, which made for a unique and unforgettable experience. Even with the difficult situation, the staff did everything they could to help us feel safe and comfortable. They were kind, caring and very helpful, and we really appreciated their warm hospitality. I hope the villa recovers quickly after the flood. We'll definitely return once everything is back to normal.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There were a few small quirks: the ceiling dipped low at one end, and I did hit my head; getting onto the little balcony meant ducking through a window; and I couldn't get Netflix working on the TV. Breakfast was cooked to order and delicious each morning. The location was ideal, close to everything but tucked into a quiet, peaceful area. I'd highly recommend Villa Soleil Hoi An.
